Shipping
Orders usually take 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks) to get in the mail, sometimes less. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email me if you have questions about your order or need it by a certain date, I will do my best to accommodate. A $20 rush fee may apply.
At this time, we ship USPS. All orders include a Delivery Confirmation. Quoted travel times posted after each option, refers to average time it takes for your package to reach you after we have shipped it. This does not include the time to complete your order.

Packaging
I ship all items in a 2-mil ziplock bag, organza pouch or jewlery box depending on order. Bubble wrap and tissue paper are used appropriately. I highly recommend storage of your jewelry in the ziplock to prevent tarnishing. If you'd like a personal gift message included and the invoice excluded, let me know what message you'd like to say in the comments about the order. Most pieces come with a card explaining the handcrafted nature or energetic properties of the piece.
Returns/Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for personalized jewelry. For other purchases, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Product must be returned in it's original condition. We do not refund shipping costs. Please send your return back to us in a padded envelope or box. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Include a note containing the reason for your return and your order number.

Repairs
If you receive a damaged product, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
Repairs outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email me with your problem and I will quote you whether there is a repair fee.
Crediting Your Returns
I will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
